Artefact Plan

For my artefact I knew I wanted to create some kind of miniature model inspired by a Film, TV show or place that means a lot to me. I then began looking into different things that inspire me and settled on the TV show Fleabag created by Phoebe Waller-Bridge. Fleabag is a perfectly written comedy about a woman trying to navigate life in her thirties following a tragedy in her life. Fleabag is one of my favourite TV shows of all time so I knew I wanted to create something inspired by it in some way.

Knowing I wanted to create something inspired by this I began brainstorming different scenes and imagery from the show that mean a lot to me and settled upon the final scene of the whole show.

Inspired by this final scene I plan to make a miniature full colour model of the bus stop shown in the images above. This bus stop model will be inside a black open fronted box. the back wall of this box will be made from acetate with artwork inspired by this final scene printed onto it. I will then light the box from the back.
